A low profile, CHIRP-ready boat transducer that is designed for high-speed applications, such as centre consoles. The Raymarine transducer can be used individually or in pairs with Raymarine CHIRP sonars, although when used individually the B175 transducer must be installed using a single transducer operation cable. When installed in pairs, the B175 transducers should be joined using a transducer Y-cable.
All Raymarine B175 series transducers used a tilted element. The ceramic element is fixed at 20ð, 12ð or 0ð angle within the housing. The tilted element corrects for the hull deadrise, and orients the sonar beam to ensure maximum echo returns.
B175L:
Has up to 20 kHz of total bandwidth and transmits across 40-60 kHz bands. The CHIRP low-frequency band is a deep-water performer that delivers excellent coverage and tracking.Ã
B175M:
CHIRP medium frequency transducer that operates at a frequency range of 85-135 KHz. The transducer reveals fish at medium depths of 457m (1,500ft) and delivers ultra-clear target resolution.
B175H:
A high-frequency CHIRP transducer that delivers a narrow beamwidth - making it excellent for pinpointing fish tight to wrecks and reefs. High frequency provides excellent baitfish and schooling gamefish target separation. Has up to 80 kHz of total bandwidth for superior shallow-water performance and bottom detail.
