A vertical windlass that is suitable for boats ranging from 7-12 metres (23-40ft). The vertical anchor windlass has an integrated sensor and magnet for chain counter, as well as a manual free-fall system. 

In addition, the Quick windlass features a 8mm (5/6") gypsy, which is suitable for 8mm ISO chain and a 1/2" rope. This is the kit version of the 1000, which includes a contractor unit, nylon handle, foot switch and a hydraulic magnetic circuit breaker.
