A gas leak onboard a boat can be one of the most hazardous and dangerous events to take place. Leaking gas sinks low into the boat and dangerous gasses can build up before being detected - without the use of an alarm.

Pilot's dual gas alarm will detect both propane and butane gasses as the alarm uses two sensors on 3.5 metres 3-core cable. With dual sensors, the alarm panel features two test buttons (one for each sensor), and with the implementation of an optional relay it can activate blower fans if the alarm is activated.

The unit draws just 178 milliamps at standby, rising to 210 milliamps in the event of the alarm being activated.
