Protection from fouling such as barnacles, weeds and slime is integral for a boat's hull, and International’s range of antifouling paint has been a prevalent brand since forming in 1881. They have set the highest of standards for antifouling and paints for all types of boat ever since they were founded.  

There are many types of International antifouling paint on offer, providing for all types of boats and water conditions.  Antifouling gently breaks down barnacles due to it releasing biocides, thus preventing barnacles from being able to anchor itself to the boat’s hull. 

At Pirates Cave we stock a wide range of International Antifoul paint, as different boats will need different paints and levels of coatings. The International Ultra for example is a hard antifoul paint that is often used by performance boats that can sustain higher speeds. Whilst the extremely popular Micron 350 is a more all rounder paint that comes in 6 different colours meaning you can find a perfect colour to complement your boat's hull. The Micron is considered to be used for areas of high fouling.
