Magma's Original Kettle Grill offers the safety, durability and performance you would expect from a marine grill. Made in the USA from 100% mirror polished stainless steel, the boat BBQ uses Magma's time-tested, highly efficient radiant plate heat distribution system in conjunction with convection heating technology - this ensures hot, even temperatures whilst using a minimum amount of gas.
The boat cooker comes to temperature very quickly, which is extremely handy when you're hungry! When you've finished eating, the grill quickly disassembles without tools for an easy clean up. The patented swivelling turbo venturi tube enables you to adjust the control valve inboard, outboard, left or right wherever is most convenient for you. Furthermore, the turbo venturi tube, in combination with the newly designed burner virtually eliminates blowouts.
The swivelling control valve/regulator is designed to use standard disposable propane/butane mix fuel canisters, allowing for quick, safe fuel canister exchanges.
Infrared Technology:
Infrared technology heats food directly using an intensley hot stainless steel plate so your food has no direct exposure to the gas flame. In comparison with traditional gas grills, infrared grills produce much higher, intense heat that is evenly distributed on the cooking surface. This makes the grill ideal for grilling and searing meats as it cooks the food quickly and retains the moisture barrier for juicer and more flavourful meat.
As infrared grills only take a few minutes to preheat, you can start grilling sooner - saving fuel, time and energy.
