Echomap Ultra has a 10" bright, sunlight-readable keyed-assist touchscreen display with an all-in-one transducer (optional extra, see product options) for CHIRP traditional and Ultra High Definition ClearVu and SideVU Sonars.

The chartplotter also provides the option to upgrade to premium BlueChart g3 charts and BlueChart g3 vision cartography with integrated data from Navionics. This adds Auto Guidance technology that uses your desired depth and overhead clearance to easily calculate routes and see a suggested path to follow.

There is also built-in support for the full line of Panoptix sonars and the Panoptix LiveScope scanning sonar system, including Panoptix LiveScope LVS12 sonar.

Have more than one unit? No problem. The Garmin chartplotter enables you to share sonar, waypoints and routes with other Echomap Ultra units aswell as Echomap Plus 7" and 9" units. Also included is built-in Quickdraw Contours mapping software that instantly creates personalised fishing maps on-screen with 0.3 metre contours as you fish. These maps are your own, you can keep the data or share it with Garmin's online Quickdraw community.

Built in Wi-Fi provides access to Garmin's free, all-in-one ActiveCaptain app that enables you to manage your marine experience from almost anywhere. ActiveCaptain created a simple yet powerful connection between your compatible mobile device and your Garmin chartplotter, charts, maps and the boating community. You'll have unlimited access to your cartograpghy, the ability to purchase new maps and charts aswell as access to the Garmin Quickdraw community, wherever you are. Stay connected with smart notifications that include software updates.

Keeping your Echomap Ultra secure is easy thanks to a quick-disconnect ball mount enables you to quickly install and remove your device from power and the mount.
