A multi-purpose ABC dry powder boat fire extinguisher that can be used on fires involving paper, wood, textiles (Class A), flammable liquids (Class B) and live electrical equipment (Class C) by chemically interfering with the combustion process. Unlike gaseous systems, dry power will leave a residue - however, unless used in an enclosed space (such as an engine room), gases disperse too quickly to be effective on material fires.
