We've written up a few frequently asked questions that are asked in store for a little extra guidance.

What is the working stretch of the rope?

The working stretch is < 1.5%.

How is the dyneema rope constructed?

Sizes 6-8mm are 24-plait, with 10mm and above 32-plaited. The rope has a coated Dyneema SK78 core with additional cover plait and a polyester high twisted cover.

What are the benefits of dyneema rope?

Dyneema is an ultra-strong, low stretch fibre that is stronger than steel. As dyneema rope does not absorb water, it remains light even when wet. It's also UV resistant, non kinking and non corrosive. As dyneema rope is chemically inert, it's unaffected by wet, salty and humid conditions.
