Dubarry's Ultima Sailing Boots are by far our most popular choice of sailing footwear, and it's not hard to see why - the boots offer amazing grip on slippery decks and complete freedom of movement.

Dubarry sailing boots are made from supple full grain leather, lined with insulating GORE-TEX. This results in a pair of boots that are warm and waterproof, while remaining completely breathable, making them perfect for use on-deck or inshore, whether you're sailing in hot weather or the coldest of temperatures.

To construct the boot, Dubarry have used a leather with water resistance tanned into it, ensuring it's waterproof all the way through, instead of just at the surface, so the boots retain their lightness, even in wet conditions. The leather is treated during manufacturing to resist and endure exposure to salt-water - and using the recommended care and cleaning products, you can expect the boots to last for many, many years. 

Ultima features Dubarry's award-winning non-slip, non marking sole that is constructed from a technical compound of rubber and polyurethane, providing the boots with superb grip whilst remaining hard and durable. This also ensures the sailing boots won't mark decks, hulls, or even plastic.

At the top of the boot is a lycra section that enables the Ultima sailing boots to expand and contract as you move, never constricting your movement and ensuring incredible comfort, regardless of whether you're out at sea, or on land walking the dog!

Despite being made from a thick full-grain leather and containing a durable composite sole, the boots are lightweight, weighing an average of just 650 grams each. 

Extra Fit:
Extra Fit is engineered to accommodate muscular calves and higher insteps, as well as providing a wider fit.
