A large masthead wind indicator that is designed for use on larger dinghies, sport boats and keelboats up to 28 feet. Aerovane has a built-in counterweight which provides accurate indication of apparent wind angle and also stops the Aerovane from flapping side to side in strong winds, which is a common issue amongst other wind indicators. Also included is an adjustable tacking tab system which shows downwind and upwind apparent wind angles more clearly, which is especially helpful for boats which use a spinnaker. 

The masthead wind indicator has been shaped so it's large enough to be read, whilst remaining small enough to not create unnecessary drag. Furthermore, the underside is pad-printed white, providing good contrast against the black plastic, so it's easier to read from the deck of the boat.

When assembling the Allen wind indicator, firmly push the Aerovane onto the rod until you hear a click. To remove the Aerovane, simply pull by force from the rod. Aerovane can be fixed to the mast crane using a mast crane adaptor (not included). Specifications can be found in the product images.
